Plastic Surgery for this perfect looking little guy?

He doesn't need botox, a facelift, or a new nose (we like his button nose just the way it is). Unfortunately, it's looking like he will need to have his mole removed sooner that we thought. Most people think this mole is actually a birthmark. He went to the dermatologist for his bi-annual check-up and the doctor thought it was time to meet with a pediatric plastic surgeon to determine a course of action to have it removed. We presume that this is going to be a fairly involved surgery or surgeries as the mole goes well onto his ear. We go a week from this Weds., so we'll post an update after his appointment sometime. It's a little scary to think about. We hope he can get it removed and that they can reconstruct his ear so that no one will ever even notice. It is better to have it removed as it has a high probability of turning cancerous.
